Refund Policy

Physical Kits Due to the nature of medical and emergency preparedness products, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened, unused items in original packaging. Once a kit has been opened or any components used, it cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

Please note that due to the custom nature of our kits, individual components may be similar to but not identical to those shown in product images. Substitutions are made with equivalent or superior items and do not affect the kit's intended function or quality.

To initiate a return, contact us at sales@bastionmedicalsolutions.com with your order number. Approved returns will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Training Courses & Consultations Cancellations made 72 hours or more before a scheduled course or consultation are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at no charge, subject to availability. No-shows forfeit the full course fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@bastionmedicalsolutions.com and we will make it right at no cost to you.
