Overview By purchasing from Bastion Medical Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our") at bastionmedicalsolutions.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Products & Services Our products include custom-built medical and emergency kits and professional training courses. Due to the custom nature of our kits, individual components may be similar to but not identical to those shown in product images. Substitutions are made with equivalent or superior items.

Orders & Payment All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and available digital wallets at checkout.

Training Courses Participation in training courses requires attendees to be in adequate physical health to perform hands-on skills. Bastion Medical Solutions LLC is not liable for injuries sustained during training that result from a participant's failure to disclose a pre-existing condition. Course certifications are issued by the American Heart Association where applicable and are subject to AHA's terms.

Limitation of Liability Our products and training are designed to support emergency preparedness. They are not a substitute for professional medical care. Bastion Medical Solutions LLC is not liable for outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of any kit contents or skills taught in our courses beyond the limits permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.

Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
