Shipping Policy
Processing Time Physical kit orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Because each kit is custom-built to order, please allow 5–7 business days for shipping from the time your order is placed. Custom kit orders with special configurations may require additional lead time — we'll contact you with an estimated ship date if that applies to your order.
Shipping Rates & Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We ship to the United States and select international destinations.
Delivery Estimates
- Standard shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or customs are outside our control.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are not included in the order total and are collected by the destination country.
Training Courses & Consultations These are in-person or virtual services and do not require shipping. Location and scheduling details will be confirmed via email after purchase.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at sales@bastionmedicalsolutions.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work to resolve it promptly.
